This policy explains what information AAU ELITE Basketball (“AAU ELITE,” “we,” “us”) collects through aauelite.com and how we use it. Questions? Email info@aauelite.com.
What we collect
- Email signups. If you join our email list, we collect your email address. The list is managed by Mailchimp, which processes it on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our server automatically records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your personal information.
Embedded and linked services
Our pages include embedded YouTube videos and links to outside sites such as YouTube, Instagram and player profile pages. When you play an embedded video or follow a link, that service may collect information under its own privacy policy.
Club King
AAU ELITE’s Club King event is run at clubking.aauelite.com and produced by Beverly Boy Productions Inc. Club applications and any ticket purchases made there are handled by that site; ticket payments are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.

This website is intended for parents, coaches, club directors and fans. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and would like a player’s photo or profile updated or removed, email info@aauelite.com, and we will respond promptly.
